Sales Development Representative

Generate qualified pipeline for our clients through outbound prospecting, discovery conversations, and appointment setting — as part of a dedicated sales team.

About the Role

This is not a generic cold-calling role. You will be trained thoroughly on a specific client, their ICP, their product, and their competitive landscape. You will hold real conversations with prospects — not read from a script — and your performance will be measured and recognized transparently.

What You'll Do

  • Execute outbound prospecting sequences (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to target accounts
  • Qualify inbound leads against defined ICP criteria and hand off to closing team
  • Book discovery and demo appointments that show up and convert
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data in the client CRM at all times
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging based on prospect feedback
  • Meet monthly targets for dials, conversations, and qualified meetings set

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English with a clear, confident communication style
  • Resilience and a genuine interest in sales as a career — not just a job
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in CRM hygiene
  • Ability to work North American business hours (or overlap)
  • 1+ year in a sales, SDR, or outbound role preferred

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Outreach, Salesloft, HubSpot, or Close CRM
  • Background selling into US or UK mid-market companies
