You speak English fluently and naturally, with no effort to find the words. This is non-negotiable.
A natural American accent
You speak with US consumers all day. They should feel like they are talking to someone who sounds familiar.
Willingness to learn

Ability to work US hours
We work on US time, so your shifts run from the evening into the morning in Amman.

How hiring works

Before you apply
What do I need to apply?
About 2 minutes, your CV (PDF or Word), a clear recent photo of yourself, and a quiet place to record a short voice note in your browser. Everything goes securely to our HR team only.
How good does my English need to be?
Excellent. You will speak with US consumers all day, so you need to be fluent, easy to understand and comfortable in fast, natural conversation. We look for a natural American accent. If English is not your strongest language yet, this role is not the right fit today.
How do you check my English and accent?
By listening. The application includes a short voice note that you record in your browser, reading a passage out loud. If your application fits, the next step is a short phone screen in English, where we hear how you speak.
Do I need experience to apply?
No prior experience in the financial resolution industry is required. We train the right people. The English bar is different: excellent spoken English with a natural American accent is non-negotiable.
