Careers · Our culture

We want to build one of the best cultures in Jordan.

That is an ambition, not an award. We are a young company with a young team, and we get to decide what kind of place this is from the start. Here is what we are committing to, so you can hold us to it.

Why it matters

Our people speak with US consumers all day. That takes patience, focus and confidence. People only bring those things to work when they feel respected and trusted.

So culture is not a poster on the wall for us. It is how we get good work done, how we keep good people, and how we grow the next leaders of this company from inside it.

What we commit to

Six commitments

Each one comes with what you can expect from us in practice.

  1. Respect, every day

Everyone here is treated with respect: by managers, by teammates and by clients. That includes the people on the other end of the phone. Respect is the floor, not a bonus.

    What you can expect

Managers speak to you the way they want to be spoken to. Disagreements happen in private and stay professional.

  2. Ownership

We give people real responsibility early. You own your calls, your numbers and your development. When something goes wrong, we fix it together instead of looking for someone to blame.

    What you can expect

You see your own results. You are trusted to act on them.

  3. Honesty

We tell candidates the truth about the role, including the hard parts. We tell clients the truth about results. We tell each other the truth, kindly.

    What you can expect

No surprises about schedule, pay or expectations. If something changes, you hear it from your manager first.

  4. Feedback that helps

Feedback is how you get better fast, so it happens often and it is specific. It is based on real calls and real work, never on gossip or guesswork.

    What you can expect

Regular 1:1s with your team lead and call reviews with the quality team. You can give feedback upward, too.

  5. Always learning

Nobody arrives knowing everything about financial resolution, US consumers or leading a team. We teach it, and we keep teaching it.

    What you can expect

Training before you go live, coaching after, and room to learn the next role before you step into it.

  6. Celebrating wins

When someone closes a hard call, hits a target or helps a teammate, we notice and we say so out loud. Small wins count.

    What you can expect

Recognition in team huddles, and promotion that follows clear results.

How managers behave

People join companies. They stay for managers.

Your team lead shapes your day more than anyone else. We promote from within whenever we can, so our managers know the job from the inside. This is the standard we hold them to.

Clear lines

What we will not tolerate

A good culture needs clear lines as much as good intentions. These apply to everyone, at every level.

  • Disrespect

Shouting, humiliation or talking down to anyone, whether a teammate or a consumer.

  • Harassment or discrimination

Of any kind, toward anyone. It is taken seriously and handled quickly.

  • Misleading consumers

We are honest with the people we speak to about their finances. Always.

  • Favoritism

Promotions follow results and skills, not friendships.

  • Hiding problems

Mistakes are fixable. Covering them up is not acceptable.

A young team

A young team. Real responsibility.

Our team is mostly Gen Z, and many people are early in their careers. That shapes the culture: people ask questions, try new ideas, and care about growth and about being treated fairly. We take that seriously. You will work next to people your age who want the same things you do.

  • Smiling young woman with long dark hair in a pink shirt
  • Young woman with long highlighted hair and gold hoop earrings in a green tee
  • Smiling young woman with long wavy hair in a linen shirt
  • Straight talk

Clear goals, clear feedback, no guessing what your manager thinks.

  • Room to grow fast

Show results and you get more responsibility, not more waiting.

  • Work that means something

You help real people in the US get through a hard moment with their finances.

Culture is what people do. Come help us build it.

We hire excellent English speakers with a natural American accent, because our teams speak with US consumers all day. If that is you, and this is the kind of place you want to work, apply.
