Careers ยท Leadership
We are growing the next generation of leaders.
Our Gen Z team helps financial services clients in the US every day. We want the people who start here as reps to become the team leads and sales leaders who run that work, or to grow into other parts of the company. This page shows how we get you there.
The path in our Financial Resolution Services sales team
- Inside Sales Rep
- Senior Sales Rep
- Lead / Team Coordinator
- Team Lead
- Head of the Sales Floor

Why we invest in you
The best leaders for this work are the people who have done it.
A team lead who has talked with hundreds of US consumers knows what a good call sounds like. They know where new reps struggle and how to help. That is why we look to our own people first when a leadership role opens.
Gen Z is starting careers at a time when many companies offer a job but no path. We want to be the opposite: a place where a first job in Amman becomes a leadership career in financial services.
The sales path
From your first call to running the sales floor
This is the path for people who stay in sales in our Financial Resolution Services team. Each step has clear requirements, and you learn the next role before you step into it. Sales is not the only way up: see other paths below.
Where you start
Inside Sales Rep
You join one client account and learn their program, their customers and the questions people ask.
What you learn here
- How financial resolution programs work
- Clear, calm conversations with US consumers
- Handling questions and objections honestly
Step 2
Senior Sales Rep
You take on bigger targets and harder conversations. You also help newer reps and improve how the team works.
What you learn here
- Handling harder conversations
- Helping newer reps on real calls
- Spotting what slows the team down
Step 3
Lead / Team Coordinator
Your first management role. You lead a small team, run 1:1s and use your team's data to plan the work.
What you learn here
- Running 1:1s and huddles
- Reading team data and planning the day
- Giving feedback that people can act on
Step 4
Team Lead
You lead a full team and own its results for the client.
What you learn here
- Owning results for a client
- Hiring and developing reps
- Working directly with the client team in the US
Step 5
Head of the Sales Floor
An executive role. You are responsible for the whole sales floor: every team, every leader and the results they deliver.

Other paths
Sales is one path, not the only one
Some people find out along the way that they want to do something else. If you stop partway up the sales path and want to move into another part of the company, you can, and each of these teams has its own career progression.
Marketing
Help tell the Insaan story and bring in the right clients and the right people.
HR and talent
Recruit, onboard and support the people who join after you.
Client care
Look after client relationships and make sure every client gets what they expect from us.
Quality
Review calls, coach reps and hold the standard for how we speak with consumers.
Training
Prepare new hires for their first live calls and help experienced people get better.
Operations
Plan schedules, staffing and the day-to-day running of the floor.
What you learn in sales carries over: speaking with people clearly, understanding US clients and working with data. When a role opens in another team, we look at our own people first.
How promotion works
Clear criteria
Each step on this path has defined requirements. You know what you need to show to move up.
Based on your results
Promotion depends on your results and your skills. Time in the job alone does not decide it.
Data you can see
Your numbers are visible to you, so the conversation about your next step is based on facts.

How we develop people
Five ways you grow here
Leadership is learned. These are the ways we teach it, in roughly the order you meet them.
Training
Before you take a single live call, you learn the financial resolution work, the tools, the compliance rules and how we speak with consumers. You practice until you are ready.
Shadowing
You sit with experienced reps and listen to real calls. Later, when you are preparing for a lead role, you shadow a team lead and see how they run the day.
Coaching on real calls
The quality team and your team lead review your actual conversations. You get specific feedback: what worked, what to change, and how to practice it.
Leading a pod
Before you lead a full team, you get a small group of reps to support. It is a safe place to learn how to guide people, with your own lead behind you.
Mentoring
Senior people are expected to help the next ones up. When you grow, you mentor someone newer, and teaching them makes you better too.
Skills you gain
Skills that stay with you
Whatever you do later in your career, these skills come with you. Here is where you practice each one.
- Communication
- Every call with a US consumer. You learn to explain complex things simply, listen carefully and stay calm when someone is stressed.
- Persuasion
- Sales conversations, and working through objections. You learn to find the path that is right for the person in front of you.
- Compliance
- Financial services in the US have strict rules that protect consumers. You learn to follow them on every call, and why they matter.
- Managing people
- Leading a pod, then a team. Running 1:1s, setting goals, giving feedback and handling hard conversations with fairness.
- Working with US clients
- As you move up, you work directly with the client team in North America: their goals, their reporting and their expectations.
- Using data
- You see your own numbers from day one. Leaders learn to read team data, find patterns and plan the work around them.
Serving clients abroad
Lead from Amman. Work with the US.
Our clients are financial resolution companies in North America. They trust our teams to speak for them with their customers. As you grow into leadership, you work more and more with those clients directly: their plans, their numbers and their standards.
That is why excellent English with a natural American accent matters at every level, from your first call to your first client meeting.

What we expect from leaders
- Lead by example on the floor, including on the phone when it is busy
- Know your people and what each of them is working toward
- Hold the standard on quality and honesty with consumers
- Give clear feedback and recognition, often
- Grow the next leader from your own team
Start where every leader here starts
Your first step is one short application.
You do need excellent spoken English with a natural American accent. If you have both the English and the drive to lead, we want to meet you.
