Careers · Our teams

Five teams. One industry. One high bar.

Every team at Insaan works on financial resolution services for companies in the US. Here is what each team really does, who does well in it, and where it can take you.

Every team requires the same thing first

Excellent spoken English with a natural American accent. Even Back Office and Quality speak with US consumers or listen to them all day. If English is not your strongest language yet, these roles are not the right fit today.

Customer Experience

Talk with US consumers enrolled in a resolution program. Answer questions, keep them informed and solve problems the first time.

Day to day

  1. Take calls from US consumers already enrolled in a resolution program
  2. Answer questions about their program, timeline and next steps
  3. Make follow-up calls so nobody feels forgotten
  4. Log every conversation clearly in the CRM
  5. Flag problems early to your team lead

Who thrives here

  • You are patient and calm when someone is stressed
  • You explain things simply
  • You like solving a problem the first time
  • Excellent English with a natural American accent (C1 or C2 required)

How it grows

Strong reps become the go-to person on the team for hard calls, then move into Quality, training newer reps, or a lead role.

Sales

Speak with people in the US who are looking for financial help, explain the program clearly and help the right people get started.

Day to day

  1. Speak with people in the US who asked for help with their finances
  2. Listen to their situation and explain how a resolution program works
  3. Answer questions and objections honestly
  4. Guide the right people through getting started, step by step
  5. Track your own numbers during the day

Who thrives here

  • You enjoy conversations and do not fear the word no
  • You are honest even when it costs a sale
  • You like clear targets
  • Excellent English with a natural American accent (C1 or C2 required)

How it grows

This team has our clearest path: Inside Sales Rep, Senior Sales Rep, Lead / Team Coordinator, Team Lead, then Head of the Sales Floor, an executive role. You can also move into other teams, such as marketing, HR or client care, which have their own progression.

  2. Coach reps on real calls, side by side
  3. Hold 1:1s and set clear goals for each person
  4. Read team data and adjust the plan for the day
