About the role
You handle calls with US customers. You listen to what they need, explain information clearly, answer their questions and guide them to the right next step. No experience is required. We give you full paid training.
What you'll do

- Enter customer details accurately in our system
- Meet daily performance and quality goals
What we're looking for
- Really strong spoken English, C1 or C2
- A clear, confident voice on the phone
- Quick reading: you understand information and explain it on the spot
- Available to work US hours
- No experience required

Schedule
Full-time, on-site at our office in Amman (Abdullah Ghosheh St, 7th Circle). We work US hours, so shifts run from the evening into the morning in Amman.
