Manufacturing.
Connecting the plant to the customer.

A late order confirmation or a stalled warranty claim can frustrate a dealer as much as a production delay. From inside your ERP, our team handles order processing, customer and dealer service, warranty and claims administration, and supplier communication.

The challenge

Common operational problems in manufacturing

Adding people doesn't fix these on its own. Each one needs a change in how the work is designed, and a team that knows your business.

  1. 1

    Orders arrive in every format

Email, PDFs, portals and phone orders all need to land in the ERP correctly.

How we handle it: AI reads orders and people check the exceptions, so entry is fast and accurate.

  2. 2

    Dealers and distributors need answers

Pricing, availability and order status questions slow down your sales channel.

How we handle it: A dedicated desk answers from your systems and escalates what needs your team.

  3. 3

    Warranty claims are detailed

Claims need serial numbers, photos and documentation before they can be judged.

How we handle it: Back-office teams complete, check and route every claim.

  4. 4

    Suppliers need chasing

Late confirmations and missing documents ripple into production.

How we handle it: Supplier follow-up runs on a schedule, with exceptions escalated early.

Hybrid Intelligence

How AI and people split manufacturing work

Every function we run pairs AI with trained people. The two lists below show which manufacturing tasks go to each.

  • Checks pricing and part numbers against your catalog
  • Checks warranty claims for missing information
  • Tracks supplier confirmations and flags delays

People handle

  • Resolves order exceptions with customers
  • Supports dealers with product knowledge and judgment
  • Decides which claims need engineering review

Data-driven QA

Quality review against your rules

An order-entry mistake can end up in the production schedule and on the invoice. Orders, claims and customer interactions are checked against your rules so errors are caught before they get that far.

What QA checks in manufacturing

  1. 1Order entry matches the customer PO
  2. 2Pricing and part numbers correct
  3. 3Warranty documentation complete
  4. 4Quality complaints routed correctly
  5. 5Clear commitments on dates

Your compliance team defines the rules. We configure training, scripts and QA to them; we don't replace your own legal or compliance advice.

FAQ

Questions about manufacturing outsourcing

Do you work in our ERP?

Yes. We work in your ERP and related systems. Where orders arrive in many formats, we can add a workflow layer that reads them and prepares entries for review.

Can you support dealers and distributors?

Yes. A dedicated desk handles order status, pricing, availability and warranty questions from your channel partners, and escalates what needs your team.

Can your team answer technical product questions?

Teams are trained on your product lines and answer what your documentation covers. Deeper technical questions go to your engineers with the details they need.

Is our team shared with other clients?

No. Your team is dedicated to your business and is never shared across accounts.

How do we see how the operation is performing?

Through NAS-AI, our operational intelligence platform. You see live performance, quality scores, compliance flags and coaching activity, the same view we manage to. Your Function Manager also reviews performance with you regularly.

Should we start with co-sourcing or full outsourcing?

It depends on how much of the function you want to keep running yourself. Co-sourcing adds a dedicated team alongside yours; full outsourcing hands us the whole function. Many clients start with co-sourcing and move to full outsourcing later.

Let's look at your manufacturing operation.

Tell us which function you want to fix or scale. We'll show you what we would change, where AI and people fit, and who would run it.
